Question #4: Hi,
Just wanted to find out if you guys can help us in anyway.
A customer purchased £2,500 worth of item from our site, got it delivered to his registered address and signed by him self. Now claims that he wasn’t the one who ordered hence we had a chargeback on our account. Although we have proof of delivery (signed by the person). Is there anyway we can recover this money from the property where it was delivered???
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Likely this will not make it to criminal proceedings. If you can prove that this Individual signed for the goods then I would contact the Credit Card Company and allege fraud by the party you shipped the goods to. Outline your case and convince the CC Company that the party did indeed receive the goods. Civil Court (small claims court) is another avenue. A Collection Agency would be another avenue, and a letter from an attorney/lawyer outlining the consequences of fraud might make the re-consider their position. However convincing the credit card company that you are the Victim of a fraud is likely the best route to go.
