Question #1: How does a corporate creditor determine the name of a debtor's company bank?

If the bank is reporting information to the Credit Bureaus it may be on the Company's Commercial Credit Report. If it is a small business or a new business then there may not be much information on the report, but might be worth a try. You can order a Commercial Credit Report by going to www.equifax.ca (Canada) www.equifax.com (USA) If it is a debt that you wish to collect and the company is not being co-operative a collection agency may be able to lend assistance in regard to finding that information for you. Sometimes they will make a pretence phone call.
