Marv is a retired Police Officer having served in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for 20 years. He was a Fraud Investigator with a major Insurance Corporation for 10 years and a Fraud Investigator with the Royal Bank of Canada’s Corporate Security Department for nearly two years.
Given the total ineffectiveness of the Judicial System with respect to deterring Fraudsters, Marv decided that it was better to prevent fraud than to investigate fraud, so he started TVS Tenant Verification Service Inc., a tenant screening service in 2000.
Over the past seven years of leading the company, the Business has grown to a membership of more than 26,000 from all over the U.S.A. and Canada and continues to have an accelerated growth rate each month. Recently he launched TVS Small Business Service Inc. dba Bizfraud, a natural extension of the tenant screening business to the Business Owners.
