Mr. Davison enjoys a general legal practice with a focus on commercial, fraud, and employment law and the related areas of asset recovery and privacy law.

Mr. Davison is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and Canadian Bar Association. He is also a member of the civil litigation, employment and privacy Canadian Bar Association subsections. Mr. Davison has assisted clients in all levels of British Columbia Courts and many tribunals.

Prior to being a lawyer, Mr. Davison was in senior management for a US Fortune 500 organization. In this capacity, he managed hundreds of employees and was responsible for millions of dollars in company assets.
This practical business experience assists him in finding the most practical solutions for his clients.

Mr. Davison has his Bachelors degree, Masters degree in business administration and law degree from the University of British Columbia.

He is also an international Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and currently the vice-president of the Vancouver chapter. In this capacity he is also assisting employers with recovering assets from dishonest employees. More information can be found at the DWD Civil Recovery webpage.
